We recommend starting with the 0.3 mm roller, once or twice a week to begin with and build up to once daily. Once you're comfortable there, you can super boost your results by adding in a monthly session with the 0.5 mm roller.
The Bio Roller has 540 medical-grade titanium micro-needles and is made from plant-based bio-plastics that naturally break down over time so that no plastics go into landfill. The roller, the head, and the safety cap are all biodegradable.
