Orders

All orders will be ready to ship or for pick up within 7 days of order unless unavailable. We strive to keep our stock levels accurate at all times, however, in studio purchases affect inventory levels in real time and may impact availability. We will notify you if something becomes unavailable and give you the option to hold the entire order or refund the unavailable item/s.

Pick Up & Local Delivery

We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up or local delivery as soon as it is ready.

Local Delivery is available for the Venice & Santa Monica area only.

Pick Up can be arranged around appointments Sunday through Thursday or can be left at Salon Republic's front reception by arrangement Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM at your own risk.

Shipping

Shipping is available for the United States only at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $8 for orders under $150. Free shipping is available for all orders $150 and over. Free shipping is sent without insurance at the buyers own risk. Items lost in the post are not able to be reimbursed or replaced.

Returns

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for unopened, unused goods, a refund will be applied for the product plus tax only to the original form of payment or to a gift card.

Please include your name, contact details, refund preference (original payment method or gift card) and order number with returned products. Products that arrive back damaged (unable to be put back into retail) will not be refunded so please pack your returns with care.

For all other product issues, please email hello@violethourskin.com to discuss the details of the issue that you are having. We are a small business but do try to be fair when possible, we are always willing to discuss any issues that you may have had with a product purchased.
